Founded in October 2009, Ross Tempest is the new cheerleading programme for the Herefordshire/ Monmouthshire area (training in Ross-on-Wye). Created by Rachael Boynton, a dedicated University cheerleader and qualified coach wishing to spread the cheerleading sport in her home town.
